The first topic of each course, and its book, are open before you pay. If a course is not for you, you can simply stop there and nothing happens.
Sifu AI has three courses: Sifu AI Foundation, Sifu AI at Work and Sifu AI for Students. This page covers all three, the same way. Each payment has its own 7 days. A course bought on its own is refunded on its own, and that refund does not close your other courses. Buying all three courses together is one payment, so it is refunded as a whole and all three close. All three are on sale today.
After you pay
Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and nobody will offer you a discount to stay. To ask, sign in, open My account from the menu (☰) at the top of the page, and press Ask for a refund: open My account. If you are not signed in, it asks you to sign in first. Or email billing@sifuai.app.
Two things bound that, and they are both on this page because you should know them before you pay rather than after. The claim has to be inside 7 days of the payment, after that there is no refund, whatever you have or have not read, and you must not already have:
- opened any paid topic - one screen of any topic after the first counts, whether or not you finished it.
The first topic is there so you can try the course before you pay. Once you have paid and opened a paid topic, you have what the payment was for, so the refund closes.
Refunds go back the same way you paid, through Paddle, who took the payment. How long it takes to appear is their timing and your bank’s, usually a few working days.
That is also why the charge on your statement says Paddle rather than Sifu AI: they are the merchant of record for the sale. If you do not recognise it, it is us, and if it is not us we will say so.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. Every price here is paid once, so there is no subscription running in the background, no renewal date and no saved payment waiting for next month. If you never come back, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
If a second charge from us ever appears on your statement, it is a mistake on our side. Tell us and we refund it, whatever the 7 days above say.
What happens after a refund
The first topic stays open. Everything past it closes, because it is the part you were refunded for.
Nothing you wrote is deleted. Every lesson you finished, every prompt you saved and every piece of work you sent stays exactly where it was. If you ever pay again you get your own course back, where you stopped, rather than a fresh start.
If you finish the course
A certificate is earned by finishing the work on a course that is paid for. A refund withdraws it: once the payment is refunded or reversed, the certificate can no longer be downloaded, and the check page no longer shows it as valid.
