These are the terms between you and M/s. SATUMM Trade and Technologies, 70/A Dhaka Housing, North Adabor, Shyamoli, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh, who sells Sifu AI. KSYR Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd, of No. 15-02, Jalan Menara Gading 1, Taman Connaught, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is our partner in Malaysia and signs the certificate with us. Payment itself is taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the merchant of record for the sale: the charge on your statement is theirs, they handle the card and the tax, and their terms cover the payment. Everything about the course, what is taught, your account, your certificate, is ours. A refund can be asked for from either of us and lands the same way; M/s. SATUMM Trade and Technologies is the company to write to. They are written the same way the lessons are. If you would have to ask what a sentence means, it is the wrong sentence, and you should tell us.
Sifu AI has three courses: Sifu AI Foundation, Sifu AI at Work and Sifu AI for Students. These terms cover all three, and all three are on sale today. Each course has fourteen topics and is taught in all six languages of the site. The first topic of each course, and its book, are open before you pay; the rest of a course opens with that course’s own payment.
Sifu AI Foundation teaches fourteen AI tools, one per topic: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Gemini Notebook, Canva, TurboScribe, CapCut, Zapier, Nano Banana, Gamma, ElevenLabs, Kling and Loom. Anything added to a course later is included at no extra cost.
The tools themselves belong to other companies. We teach them; we do not control them. If one of them changes, or a free tier disappears, we rewrite the affected lessons. That is our job, not yours.
What we promise
- Each course is paid for once - USD 20 (RM91) for one course, or USD 50 (RM229) for all three, charged in US dollars. There is no subscription, no renewal and no second charge. You have 12 months from your payment to finish it, as explained below.
- 7 days to change your mind after any payment, no reason required, as long as you have not opened any paid topic. One screen of any topic after the first counts as opening it, whether or not you finished it. After 7 days there is no refund, whatever you have read. See refunds.
- Every example of AI output shown in a lesson is real output, including the bad ones.
- The challenges you send in are stored for you, and we may read them.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you a job, a raise, or any amount of income. Anybody in this category who does is guessing, and we would rather say so than join them. We promise the topics named on each course’s page and on what you learn, each of which you can check for yourself at the end.
The certificate
It is earned by completing the work and is never issued for payment alone. That means every topic of the course and its check. Anyone holding your credential ID can check the certificate at verify.sifuai.app, and we keep that record for as long as we exist. A refund withdraws it: once the payment is refunded or reversed, the certificate can no longer be downloaded and the check page no longer shows it as valid.
Every topic ends with Check yourself, and the certificate needs each one passed: four of five right (on a three-question check, all three). After each try you see the right answers and why. The check never locks you out: after every three tries without a pass, the next ones open at once with the right answer marked, so nobody who has done the work is ever stuck. Certificates issued before 16 October 2026 stand as they are.
Your account
One account is for one person. Sharing a login is not permitted, mostly because the certificate is a claim about who did the work and it stops meaning anything if two people use one account.
Lesson content is ours and is for your own learning. Anything you write (your prompts, your challenges, your capstone) stays yours. We ask before using any of it as an example, every time.
How long your access lasts
Paying opens the whole course for 12 months from the day you pay. That is plenty of time to finish it at your own pace.
When the 12 months end, the lessons close. Your account, your progress, everything you wrote and any certificate you earned stay, for good.
To carry on, buy the course again at that day's price. That opens it for a fresh 12 months, and you continue where you stopped.
The first topic has no time limit, and a course we gave you ourselves does not close. If you paid before 11 October 2026, your 12 months count from 11 October 2026.
Stopping
There is nothing to cancel: you paid once and there is no next charge to stop. You can simply stop coming back. We may close an account for abuse of the service or of the people who run it; if we ever do, we refund what was paid.
Law
M/s. SATUMM Trade and Technologies is a Bangladeshi company, so these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and a dispute is heard there. Nothing here removes a right you already have where you live. If you are in Malaysia, you keep every protection Malaysian consumer law gives you, and you are welcome to raise anything with KSYR Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur rather than write to Dhaka.
